Biography
Francis is an attorney and mediator with over a decade of professional experience. He worked as a business attorney, litigator, and mediator until joining Canopy in 2022. Francis has experience in business ownership, having founded and managed his own law firm in 2017.
Francis J. Cuddihee is the owner and founder of Cuddihee Law, P.C.
Francis represents and counsels clients from all walks of life in high-stakes and high-conflict matters. He specializes in providing professionals, businesses, and families with client-focused representation that empowers them and produces results.
Francis received his Juris Doctor and mediation training at the University of Tennessee College of Law. During his legal education, he represented clients as a student attorney in family law and immigration cases with the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic and Harvard Legal Aid Bureau before graduating with concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution.
