Bennie is an eight-year veteran of the National Football League. He began his career as an undrafted free agent signed by the Denver Broncos in 2014 and was a member of the 2016 Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 Championship Team.
Over the past two years, Bennie has worked with over 200 small business owners and CEOs while still being a part of the National Football League. As a certified executive and leadership coach, certified through Co-Active Training Institute, Bennie has completed over 300 hours of coaching using his MVP Leadership method framework (Mindset/Vision/Performance).
After an early career in corporate finance with Fortune 100 companies, Dirk spent a decade in sales, marketing, and organizational performance leadership roles with global and national scope. During his 18-year career with Hewlett-Packard, Dirk led a turnaround of HP’s iconic Calculator business, doubling revenue over 18 months.
He also gained extensive global experience in sales, marketing, finance, strategy, general management, customer service, and channel. He is an expert CEO/Executive Coach, Sales Coach, Sales/Marketing ninja and Workshop Facilitator. With deep experience in technology, SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and financial services, Dirk specializes in elevating leadership, clarifying strategy, shaping culture, and building/simplifying processes.
Human Resources and Legal Consultant
Angie is a senior level executive and brings more than 20 years of experience to bear at all levels and types of organizations. On the legal side, Angie’s in-house work is focused on building legal process/procedures for start-up and growth companies. In the human resources realm, Angie has tapped into her love of people and passion for employment law while assisting start-up and growth companies with the process of bringing HR in-house, including creating and implementing a benefits program, bringing payroll in-house, or diving into talent acquisition, onboarding and retention through employee programs.
