Cynthia P. M. is a seasoned business strategist and marketing consultant with over 25 years of experience in architecture, construction, real estate, and corporate strategy. Leveraging her unique design-thinking background, Cynthia helps established companies overcome challenges and drive sustainable growth through tailored business strategies that deliver measurable results and position them for long-term success.
As Founder of Renegade ThinkLab, Cynthia partners with established companies to optimize their business development and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and competitive market positioning. Her ability to draw from diverse resources and blend creative thinking with practical solutions sets her apart as a trusted advisor for organizations looking to innovate and expand.

Cynthia’s leadership experience extends to organizations like the Downtown Denver Partnership and CoreNet Global, where she has served as a board member and DEI Ambassador, contributing to thought leadership and inclusivity within the Denver community. Her work has earned recognition for pioneering design solutions that merge functionality with creativity.

In her strategic consulting role with the Minority Business Development Agency, Cynthia advises on B2B marketing, RFP strategy, and government contract pursuits. She also coaches executives at Catamount Constructors, refining business development approaches, career development, and providing group coaching for high-stakes project pursuits.

Her expertise in project management and real estate strategy is demonstrated through her work at SLAM Collaborative, where she partnered with healthcare systems like UCHealth and Aspen Valley Hospital to align real estate and design strategies. At Interior Architects, Cynthia led workplace and asset repositioning strategies for clients such as Unico, Salesforce, IHS Global Services, and Morgan Stanley, enhancing brand identity, improving workplace culture, streamlining operations, and driving growth.

Cynthia’s insights on real estate and design have been featured in multiple publications, and she has received recognition for delivering modern, forward-thinking solutions that challenge conventional approaches. Her design-thinking approach allows her to craft strategies that address immediate needs while positioning companies for future success.

Robyn has 15+ years of public accounting and consulting experience working with a range of Fortune 500 and smaller high-growth companies, most recently with KPMG in New York and LA. Robyn’s external audit experience includes SEC reporting, review of audit work and development of audit strategy. Her consulting experience includes a broad array of strategic projects as well as management consulting, internal audit and regulatory services. Robyn is intently focused on helping her clients solve problems and meet their objectives.

In addition to her professional services experience, Robyn was a middle school math teacher as part of the Teach For America Corps in Chicago.

Kirsten’s passion and expertise is in bringing brands to life through critical insights, strategic thinking, and strong client partnerships. Kirsten comes to Canopy with more than 20 years of experience providing high-level marketing, branding, and communications expertise to clients. She has partnered with a wide range of companies, associations, and nonprofits to generate meaningful results for her clients.

Kirsten began her career on Madison Ave at ad agencies creating strategic plans and campaigns for brands like Quaker Oats, Hallmark, Crayola and a variety of personal care brands.

From there she went on to the San Francisco office of DDB Worldwide, where she led the development of integrated business units such as DDB Digital, ran new business during the dot com boom and was the Worldwide Management Director for one of DDB’s largest global accounts, The Clorox Company. This included managing international branding and agency operations for brands like Clorox Bleach, Brita Water Filters, Hidden Valley Ranch, and Kingsford Charcoal to name a few.

Charbel D. is a visionary leader and a knowledge-based communicator with over a decade of experience in consulting, strategy, and business development. He began his career in operations and real estate development, gaining a deep understanding of complex project management and execution. His hands-on experience in these areas laid the foundation for his later success in consulting, where he seamlessly integrated operational insights with strategic planning.

Charbel has served as a Senior Consultant with KPMG, where he led transformative initiatives across the MENA and Southeast Asia regions consulting for Uber; and with Tierra Firma Consulting in Denver, US, where he focused on strategic development and operational excellence.

Charbel also played a pivotal role in economic development while working with the Denver Chamber of Commerce, where he successfully bridged the gap between the private and public sectors, fostering collaboration and driving regional economic growth.

Most recently, Charbel has been the Principal Consultant at Punicus Consulting, where he leverages his extensive experience in organizational development. In addition, as the Director of Business Development at Ampyx Cyber, Charbel excels in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth. His leadership is marked by a keen ability to identify opportunities, foster strong relationships, and deliver results that align with long-term business objectives.

Rutherford J. P. is a highly accomplished Senior Sales Executive and the Founder & CEO of Glass Walls Leadership, where he specializes in transforming good leaders into great ones through personalized coaching, dynamic group training, and impactful keynote speeches. With over three decades of experience across Fortune 100 companies, Rutherford has consistently driven sales growth, revitalized stagnant markets, and built high-performing teams.

During his tenure at Genzyme/Sanofi Rutherford led the Dupixent sales team, achieving the most successful dermatology and respiratory launch in the past 20 years, positioning the drug as Sanofi’s top revenue generator. He grew the team from 89 field representatives to over 600 field representatives in four years.  His leadership spans across multiple therapeutic areas including Dermatology, Allergy, ENT, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology.

In previous roles, Rutherford excelled in launching new products, managing large sales teams, and earning multiple awards for customer service and performance. His career also includes leadership positions at Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he demonstrated a knack for both strategic vision, turnaround management and superior leadership acumen.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Rutherford is an active community leader, is presently serving as a board member of the proposed 1st Veterans Bank of Arizona, he also has served as a board member of the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club, and was part of the investment council at the United Way of the Bay Area.

When he is not working or watching football, baseball or basketball, he spends time with his wife Laura and their four kids Kalle, Kingsley, Stirling and Taryn. They also have a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Roscoe. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Erik is a results-driven enterprise leader with 20+ years of experience growing entrepreneurial companies in multiple sectors including energy, engineering, and finance. Erik specializes in working closely with CEOs to integrate and coordinate Operations processes across organizational departments, transforming their visions into clear, cohesive, and measurable execution plans. Erik has led a broad array of business functions using Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) frameworks, including Accounting, Talent, Legal, Business Development, and Technology Development, and has successfully led an organization through acquisition by a strategic buyer.

Erik currently serves as fractional COO and Integrator, and on the board of directors, at Clanton & Associates, an award-winning design and engineering company. His past roles include serving as Vice President, Non-Wires Alternatives at S&C Electric Company, a global equipment supplier to electric utilities, and VP Operations, COO, and CEO roles at founder-owned software and construction companies in the energy technology space.

Marcia is a Fractional Culture Officer and leadership coach working with organizations to reduce unwanted turnover, stress, and burnout. Based on her background as a Chief Culture Officer, she is the architect of the Culture CARES™ Framework—created to help today’s organizations thrive.

In 2007, Marcia founded the national non- profit organization, MyLifeLine, with a vision to transform the cancer experience through community and connection. She served in various leaderships roles for more than a decade and led the successful merger of the organization into the global Cancer Support Community in 2018. For her pioneering efforts to reduce isolation and build community for 300,000+ cancer patients and their families worldwide, Marcia has been honored with the “John Hickenlooper Unsung Hero Award” and the Denver Channel’s “Everyday Hero Award.” In July 2023, Marcia was honored with the Outstanding Leader award at the Health 2.0 conference in Las Vegas.

Today, Marcia helps leaders with cultural transformation as they adapt to changing employee expectations including hybrid work and remote environments. Marcia new memoir was released on February 23, 2023: You Are Meant For Great Things; My Story of Turning Setbacks Into Stepping Stones. She shares her story to help women overcome adversity and build resilience.

Over a 30+ year career, Eric has built and refined a valuable set of generalist and specialist skills in the human resources and venture advisory space and is well known for his demonstrated success in multiple industries building start-ups and mature global organizations. Eric is recognized for creatively and collaboratively developing and delivering progressive people strategies to drive high levels of employee engagement which result in measurable business value and transformational capabilities.

Eric has for held a series of progressively global HR leadership and consulting positions at Pepsi-Cola, Andersen/Accenture, Dell, DISH Network, Radial and National CineMedia. In the last three organizations he was honored to serve as CHRO and is known for bringing a passionate, collaborative, and results-driven style to his work. His passion is helping employees build great careers while developing teams into high-performing organizations.

At DISH as VP of Field HR & Learning, Eric played central role in DISH Network’s progression to earn the JD Powers and ACSI #1 ranking in industry customer satisfaction rankings for 6 consecutive years. Reimagined and reengineered entirely different approaches to people, process and technology resulting in a 25% reduction in voluntary customer churn, 15% reduction in controllable costs and 20% increase in enterprise-wide employee engagement ratings over a 36-month period.

As CHRO at Radial, Eric helped reimagine the people strategy to quickly organize and effectively respond to pandemic, social unrest, and enterprise-wide ransomware attack in 2020 while onboarding in a fully virtual manner. Helped establish a highly effective COVID task force to guide CEO with infection rates well below local rates. Redesigned recruiting, training, pay & benefits approaches to rapidly triple Fulfillment and Customer Service team size in under 60 days with reduction in turnover.

In his spare time Eric enjoys time with his family and dog Milo, tennis, skiing, workouts and travel to new and different places around the world. He has volunteered his time for over 10 years to the University of Michigan mentoring students from a variety of majors and backgrounds seeking to prepare themselves for great internships and careers after graduation.
