Urban Peak needed additional senior-level capacity to mature the organization's fundraising efforts.
Results
Three of Canopy's fundraising experts became extensions of the Urban Peak team. They provided strategic guidance, conducted research on potential donors, and adapted as the project progressed quickly. Their critical support not only brought necessary capacity to the Urban Peak team, but also allowed Urban Peak leadership to take the time required to conduct a thoughtful and thorough recruitment process that resulted in a successful hire of new internal staff.
