With 25 years of experience in both large-scale change and deep leadership coaching, Renelle Everett Darr bridges the intellect and the heart to fully power leaders, teams and organizations for the new era of work.

Renelle has coached and partnered with thousands of leaders on their journey of growth and transformation. Previously holding positions at EY, Deloitte, United Way, and The North Highland Company, she understands complex organizations and the impact business has on the planet. She is known for meeting people where they are at and inspiring courageous leaps forward.

Renelle integrates her background in large-scale change transformation, finance, and IT, while prioritizing the human element, an oft-overlooked growth strategy. Her client base includes Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, healthcare organizations, and mid-size businesses.

Of her many travels, Renelle’s time in Nepal evoked some of her deepest transformations. She is partnering with Sherpa Mountain Adventures and fellow outdoor leader and executive coach, Jeff Klem, to launch the Sherpa Way, a 5-month leadership program beginning in August 2025 and including a trip to Nepal October 28-November 14, 2025.
