Canopy Virtual Event: Tackling Generational Differences in the Workplace

Shanna Weber

Canopy Leadership & Finance Expert

TOPIC

For the first time in history, five generations are actively participating in the workplace. Each generation brings unique upbringings, motivations, and expectations, which can lead to tension and misunderstandings in daily interactions. These challenges can decrease engagement, lower productivity, and increase turnover. It's time to transform this dynamic into one of understanding, appreciation, and positive impact. Harness the power of generational diversity in your organization!
