David has designed and lead the transformation of each aspect of a business, for example scaling the M&A integration strategy of a global resort company from one integration each year to more than seven each year, transitioning a midstream energy company from 1980s batch technology to state-of-the-art operations technology, establishing a health information ex-change across a healthcare provider system and 25 specialty clinics to share patient information at the point of care, and implementing a global operating model for several multi-national companies to achieve operational efficiencies.
After successfully delivering business transformations for two decades, David narrowed his focus to trans-forming sales functions to achieve growth goals. Too many companies set aggressive growth goals and don’t invest in or equip their sellers to achieve the goal, resulting in missing performance expectations year after year. David works with executive teams to align each part of their go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and sales operation to meet or exceed growth goals. David also trains and coaches salespersons to improve the effectiveness of how they engage with prospects and clients. One example is when David transformed his own sales operation and team. As the pandemic began in 2020, David’s sales team faced a challenge. How do you continue to grow sales when there is increased competition for smaller customer budgets? How do you sell to business leaders who say they don’t have time to be sold to? How do you sell to C-suite and board buyers when historically you’ve sold to buyers lower in the organization? David responded by transforming his sales function. In the first year his team increased topline sales by 20% and in the subsequent year the team increased sales an additional 40%.David has also served on the boards for several nonprofit and community organizations.

Her professional background began as a NYC public middle school special education teacher. She was quickly on the receiving end of the non-profit world in her classroom, eventually working for many of those organizations as a consultant. Britney’s transition into the corporate world begin at various large healthcare companies. In her sales roles, Britney quickly honed her expertise before using that knowledge to impact the organizations in a broader scope as a sale trainer. A culmination of her skills and passions led her to the start up and non-profit world again where she loves to roll up her sleeves in an exciting fast-paced environment with the freedom to be nimble and creatively help achieve success.

After growing up in the NYC/NJ, Britney relocated to Denver last year. She enjoys being as active as possible with Pilates, Soul Cycle, skiing, and hiking 14ers. She also loves spending time reading and exploring the city of Denver with her friends and family plus traveling internationally.

During his 18-year career with Hewlett-Packard, Dirk led a turnaround of HP’s iconic Calculator business, doubling revenue over 18 months.

He also gained extensive global experience in sales, marketing, finance, strategy, general management, customer service, and channel. He is an expert CEO/Executive Coach, Sales Coach, Sales/Marketing ninja and Workshop Facilitator. With deep experience in technology, SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and financial services, Dirk specializes in elevating leadership, clarifying strategy, shaping culture, and building/simplifying processes.
