Operations

Andy S. is an award-winning leader, operator and global brand builder with over two decades of proven expertise in driving organizational success and operational excellence.

Andy began his career in digital marketing technology working with Fortune 500 companies like Sprint Nextel, Colgate-Palmolive and Microsoft across roles, from business development, digital strategy to product management. He then joined a Boulder based firm, that would eventually be purchased by multiple time Agency of the Year winner advertising powerhouse Crispin Porter Bogusky (CP+B), where he worked with clients like Microsoft, Best Buy and American Express and contributed to projects ranging from Super Bowl commercials to the global digital “I’m a PC” campaign. From there, he joined Crocs as the Vice President of Global eCommerce and Marketing before eventually taking the reins as the Chief Marketing Officer. During his time at Crocs, Andy rebuilt the operations and infrastructure of the global marketing team, led the global ecommerce platform, managed a global rebranding campaign and oversaw the operations of 250+ marketing employees across seven countries. During his Crocs tenure Andy was always named to the Denver Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list.

Andy was then recruited through venture capital networks to be the founder and Chief Operating Officer of a Colorado cannabis company that produced and distributed Willie Nelson’s celebrity cannabis brands Willie’s Reserve. Scaling rapidly in 2 years to 70+ employees and 25M+ in annualized revenue. Andy led and managed this company to an exit in 2021 to national cannabis licensing firm Long Play USA. Andy took over as Chief Operating Officer for Long Play and a vertically integrated operation from cultivation through retail and a portfolio of brands and products for national recreational, medical, and wellness in 13 cannabis markets.

Erik S.
Operations

Erik is a results-driven enterprise leader with 20+ years of experience growing entrepreneurial companies in multiple sectors including energy, engineering, and finance. Erik specializes in working closely with CEOs to integrate and coordinate Operations processes across organizational departments, transforming their visions into clear, cohesive, and measurable execution plans. Erik has led a broad array of business functions using Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) frameworks, including Accounting, Talent, Legal, Business Development, and Technology Development, and has successfully led an organization through acquisition by a strategic buyer.

Erik currently serves as fractional COO and Integrator, and on the board of directors, at Clanton & Associates, an award-winning design and engineering company. His past roles include serving as Vice President, Non-Wires Alternatives at S&C Electric Company, a global equipment supplier to electric utilities, and VP Operations, COO, and CEO roles at founder-owned software and construction companies in the energy technology space.

During her tenure at Accenture, Michelle led large-scale global teams, leveraging cross-functional leadership to align business objectives with technological solutions, delivering transformational change for clients and the organization alike.
