Shanna earned an Executive MBA from University of Arizona and graduated top of her class with dual Bachelor degrees in Finance and Management from Arizona State University. Ms. Weber has completed the SIFMA Securities Industry Institute Executive program at The Wharton School and the Fostering Diversity and Inclusion program at Yale School of Management. Through her personal pursuit for impactful leadership, she has acquired extensive training in leadership and coaching techniques, including Positivity Quotient training, media and public speaking and Generational Studies in the work force. Elizabeth is a finance and productivity expert with more than 25 years of diversified experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic planning and investor relations. Her strong “Big Four” financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills and high technical aptitude support more than 20 years of effectively increasing productivity through process design, automation and optimization. Elizabeth is highly skilled at influencing key decision makers and building consensus across the organization by delivering clear and actionable information that builds strategic direction.
Elizabeth’s specialty is real estate, most recently working with a subsidiary of Blackstone to drive multifamily real estate acquisitions. Since designing and implementing an optimized due diligence process for Blackstone in 2017, Elizabeth has driven the acquisition of nearly $5B in multifamily real estate.
Prior to Blackstone, Elizabeth spent 12 years as the VP Investor Relations for an S&P 500 multifamily REIT where she developed strategic messaging for internal and external audiences, designed and implemented a formal investor targeting strategy and maintained relationships with more than 150 investors and sell-side analysts.

Rutherford P.

Rutherford J. P. is a highly accomplished Senior Sales Executive and the Founder & CEO of Glass Walls Leadership, where he specializes in transforming good leaders into great ones through personalized coaching, dynamic group training, and impactful keynote speeches. With over three decades of experience across Fortune 100 companies, Rutherford has consistently driven sales growth, revitalized stagnant markets, and built high-performing teams.

During his tenure at Genzyme/Sanofi Rutherford led the Dupixent sales team, achieving the most successful dermatology and respiratory launch in the past 20 years, positioning the drug as Sanofi’s top revenue generator. He grew the team from 89 field representatives to over 600 field representatives in four years.  His leadership spans across multiple therapeutic areas including Dermatology, Allergy, ENT, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology.

In previous roles, Rutherford excelled in launching new products, managing large sales teams, and earning multiple awards for customer service and performance. His career also includes leadership positions at Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he demonstrated a knack for both strategic vision, turnaround management and superior leadership acumen.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Rutherford is an active community leader, is presently serving as a board member of the proposed 1st Veterans Bank of Arizona, he also has served as a board member of the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club, and was part of the investment council at the United Way of the Bay Area.

When he is not working or watching football, baseball or basketball, he spends time with his wife Laura and their four kids Kalle, Kingsley, Stirling and Taryn. They also have a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Roscoe. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Joseph’s uniqueness as a consultant & coach centers upon his experience first and foremost as an executive.  While he routinely speaks the vernacular of leadership development, his first language is the language of EBITDA.

He’s been on executive teams of companies at both Fortune 100 and early-stage start-up levels. As a General Manager, he’s held responsibility for Marketing, Sales, Services, Product, Operations, Commercial & Corporate Strategy, and Learning & Development.  Over 20 years in corporate settings, he’s built new teams with high-growth trajectories, optimized successful businesses (9-figure global P&L ownership), successfully executed challenging business turnarounds, and has delivered compelling business cases to executives as prominent as Larry Ellison. Having been part of leadership in two successful exits and six acquisitions, he’s also had significant M&A exposure.

All of this is to say that because Joseph has been “in the (board)room where it happens” he shares the ambition and knows the pain of his clients, allowing him to serve them most effectively.

Joseph is both a perpetual student and teacher of methods for creating change, delivering high performance, and maintaining resilience.  He has studied, applied, and succeeded with various methods for driving and surviving difficult change.  And now, as a consultant and coach, his sole focus is to bring these methods to the lives and businesses of others.

He would like to think he balances the coolness of his birthplace – the San Francisco Bay Area – with the intensity of New York City, his home for the last 20 years.  With that said, his lovely wife and two exceptionally discerning children may argue otherwise.

Andy Conigliaro is a proven operations, finance, and business strategy executive with 20+ years of transforming and scaling successful technology businesses. Currently, as Founder and CEO of Bearing PointStrategy LLC, Andy provides consulting and executive coaching services to help companies get their operational bearings. Previously, he spent 12 years at Oracle Data Cloud (Datalogix prior to its 2014 acquisition), most recently as Group Vice President, Business Strategy and Operations, acting as the CFO/COO of the 1600-person business unit comprised of 6 acquisitions spread across 14 countries. In this role, Andy led Business Strategy, Finance, M&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Operations, and Go-to-Market Organizational Design & Management.
Philosophically, Conigliaro exudes an authenticity to relate, a confidence to achieve, a humility to grow, and a passion to lead. He has successfully worn many hats throughout his career, from being a hardware architect at Sun Microsystems to brand management at Leapfrog educational toys to leading product and marketing at Solidware Technologies, a Boulder-based startup, prior to his product, operations, and finance leadership at Oracle Data Cloud. He approaches all functions with an operational mindset, a will-do attitude, and a repeated ability to build and lead strong teams to successfully execute on business objectives. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and later received his MBA from Stanford University.
In his spare time, Andy loves working out, hiking and keeping fit with Pilates. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for A Precious Child, a non-profit organization focused on providing disadvantaged children with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. He lives outside Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two sons.
