  • We will send a grocery and cooking equipment/tools list prior to class so you will have everything you need!
  • Serena will instruct the meal from start to finish. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
  • This class is for ALL levels of culinary skills! From beginner to advance, it is all about having fun, connecting and learning some new kitchen skills.
  • As always festive dress and fun outfit flourishes are encouraged but not required!

Canopy Virtual Cooking Class


We’re hosting an interactive cooking class to celebrate the season and provide an opportunity for Canopy consultants and clients to connect, while tapping into their inner culinary genius and making a delicious meal. We’re thrilled to partner with talented chef, author and wellness guru, Serena Wolf. On the menu, Lemon Orzo Skillet with Chicken and Artichokes accompanied by a refreshing Grapefruit Gimlet.

After graduating from Harvard, Serena Wolf cultivated her passion for food at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, receiving her cuisine diploma in 2011. Since then, she has put her culinary skills (and sense of humor) to work as a private chef, culinary instructor, recipe developer, and blogger at She is also the best-selling author of The Dude Diet cookbook series (“the Dude Diet is an awesome lifestyle that will help you feel better and look hotter without giving up the foods you love”) and the co-host of Spiraling, “the optimistic anxiety podcast.”

Serena’s work has been featured on The TODAY Show, The Chew, The Huffington Post, Redbook, SELF, Woman’s Day, The New York Post,, and, as well as many other well-known publications and media outlets. She lives in NYC with her husband/muse.
