“Time is the scarcest resource, and unless it is managed nothing else can be managed.” – Peter Drucker, The Effective Executive
You have a limited amount of time, yet there are unlimited demands upon that time. Statistically, you’re likely to be a professional who is either stressed or completely overwhelmed by the volume of information, decisions, actions and work you deal with. Your resolve to leverage a new to-do list approach or other personal productivity hacks likely hasn’t worked out. Working marathon hours but at sprint speeds is a recipe for exhaustion, yet it can feel like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel.
What do you do?
High-Performance Strategist Joseph Zito has spent nearly a decade studying the dynamics that contribute to overwhelming professional schedules while learning, testing, and optimizing solutions. In doing so, he’s developed a framework combining the very best of multiple approaches to give himself, his colleagues and his clients more clarity, control, balance, relief and sanity in their professional lives. This webinar is a distillation of the most valuable aspects of that framework that are sure to be practically helpful in overcoming the overwhelm from time scarcity.
Joseph’s uniqueness as a consultant & coach centers upon his experience first and foremost as an executive. He’s been on executive teams of companies at both Fortune 100 and early-stage start-up levels. As a General Manager, he’s held responsibility for Marketing, Sales, Services, Product, Operations, Commercial & Corporate Strategy, and Learning and Development. He has held leadership positions at Custora and Oracle. Over 20 years in corporate settings, he’s built new teams with high-growth trajectories, optimized successful businesses (9-figure global P&L ownership), successfully executed challenging business turnarounds, and has delivered compelling business cases to executives as prominent as Larry Ellison. Having been part of leadership in two successful exits and six acquisitions, he’s also had significant M&A exposure. All of this is to say that because Joseph has been “in the (board)room where it happens” he shares the ambition and knows the pain of his clients, allowing him to serve them most effectively.
