Over 20 years in corporate settings, he’s built new teams with high-growth trajectories, optimized successful businesses (9-figure global P&L ownership), successfully executed challenging business turnarounds, and has delivered compelling business cases to executives as prominent as Larry Ellison. Having been part of leadership in two successful exits and six acquisitions, he’s also had significant M&A exposure. All of this is to say that because Joseph has been “in the (board)room where it happens” he shares the ambition and knows the pain of his clients, allowing him to serve them most effectively.
