At Mayo Clinic, Scott led the successful launch of a new Sports Medicine division, generating $25M in profits. He established high-profile partnerships with sports teams and universities, expanding brand awareness and patient demographics. He also achieved a 98th percentile in patient and staff satisfaction. Additionally, Scott spearheaded the launch of Mayo Clinic’s Virtual Hospital.
