Rob Carpenter

Rob was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Valyant AI, a private equity–backed company that pioneered conversational AI for the quick-service restaurant industry. Under his leadership, Valyant secured $18M in funding, achieved a $50M valuation, and signed enterprise partnerships with brands such as Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, and Burger King. Rob oversaw the development of proprietary speech recognition and natural language models, established strategic alliances with Nvidia, and Visa, and scaled the company into a nationally recognized leader in applied AI solutions.

Previously, Rob founded AppIt Ventures, a custom software development firm that built more than 350 applications for clients ranging from the State of Colorado to international businesses. He spearheaded two cross-border acquisitions, expanded operations across three countries, and negotiated contracts with over 100 clients in industries spanning government, healthcare, and enterprise technology.

Rob’s expertise lies in AI strategy, product development, and business growth.
