BIOGRAPHY
Eric is an accomplished senior executive and business consultant with over thirty years of experience in strategy development, strategy focused execution and operations transformation across business, Nonprofit and government sectors.
Eric has successfully contributed to a broad range of clients and industries including Nonprofit and educational 501(c)(3) organizations, manufacturing and distribution, global commercial retail, global financial services, media and entertainment, energy exploration and production, retail and wholesale energy, amongst others. Eric’s most recent Nonprofit experience includes working with a Denver-based organization to comprehensively assess organization strategy and funding model, vision development, creation of a detailed multi-year strategy execution plan, Board alignment and capabilities assessment and long-term evaluation of social enterprise model applicability.
Eric’s most recent corporate role was as Senior Vice President-Strategy Management and Business Operations for UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA), a global manufacturing firm. He led the organization’s Strategy Management Office where he directed the enterprise-wide strategic visioning, translation of strategy to detailed operational execution plans, creating execution alignment across all organization units and transformational redesign of enterprise processes.
Prior to that and for over 10 years Eric was a business consultant to a wide array of Fortune 500 companies and educational organizations. His government service includes serving as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy and as a legislative aide and speechwriter at the State Government level.
