Ellen serves as Director of Talent Acquisition at Canopy Advisory Group, where she leads the vetting process that ensures Canopy’s network of fractional experts represents the very best in their fields. With years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and a background as a practicing attorney, Ellen brings an analytical mindset combined with talent expertise to her role.
At Canopy, Ellen is the driving force behind nterviewing and selecting the experienced professionals who join the Canopy Expert Advisor community. She brings a rigorous, structured approach to the vetting process — evaluating not just credentials and experience, but the strategic mindset, collaborative style, and execution capability that Canopy’s clients depend on.
Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
