Most recently, Sydney served as a VP/fractional COO for an experiential agency, where she played a pivotal role in rebuilding the team, implementing streamlined processes and procedures, and establishing a turnkey workflow for enhanced profitability and efficiency.
Prior to this, Sydney held leadership positions in prominent organizations. At the Outdoor Sportsman Group (OSG), a division of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, she led the in-house experiential and integrated marketing agency. Sydney successfully directed a team of event planners and marketers in executing 30-50 national events annually, with a budget of $4 million. She also oversaw OSG’s philanthropic efforts, driving a national initiative to combat homelessness through food provision.
Sydney’s expertise extends across various sectors of the sports industry. As Director of Marketing/Creative Director for the Washington Kastles, a professional tennis team, she developed branding campaigns and content strategies that increased brand awareness and engagement by 30%. Sydney also served as Events and Marketing Manager for the NFL Players Association, where she managed activations at marquee events such as the Super Bowl, Draft, and Rookie Premiere, collaborating with renowned brands to drive impactful partnerships. Additionally, as Manager of Events and Promotions for the Washington Nationals, Sydney played a key role in building new promotions, events, and lasting marketing initiatives.
