BIOGRAPHY
Polly Traylor is a senior-level technology marketing and communications professional. She has owned her own business since 2005, delivering national PR programs for startups, and corporate writing services and communications strategy for a wide array of clients. She has additional experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Her writing and editing experience spans Web and email copy, white papers, customer stories, blogs, infographics, speeches, collateral and articles.
Prior to founding her business, she worked as a marketing manager at Microsoft, where she was responsible for directing strategy and overseeing various customer communications programs. Her role involved working adeptly with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, PR, engineering and product management. Polly also held senior-level editorial positions with several prestigious high-tech magazines including CIO and The Industry Standard. She holds a M.A. in Journalism from American University and a B.A. in English from UCSB.
