Rachel has 15 years of expertise as a dynamic brand marketer, product innovator, and sales leader with a leading record of achievements with Fortune 500 global consumer product corporations and a consumer facing technology company. Her background includes 10 years of strategic brand management and business development roles on global Consumer Packaged Goods brands, including Dial®, Campbell’s Soup®, and Hallmark. She is a strategic thinker with expertise establishing and enhancing multi-million dollar brand identities, as well as program development/ execution for translation into sales and profit plans.
Taking her brand expertise and relationship building strengths, Rachel spent two years building and leading Ibotta’s brand partnership space, which is a leading cash back rewards & payments app. She established evergreen brand partnerships through building key relationships with brand executives while overachieving aggressive revenue goals. This allowed leading brands, such as Coca-Cola Company and Newell Brands, direct access to the millennial consumer group to drive engagement, trial, and brand loyalty. She was a player-coach, managing a $16M portfolio alongside a team of East Coast based dynamic sales professionals.
Rachel has been nominated and selected for two High Potential Leadership Programs at Henkel Consumer Goods and Ibotta, which combined individual executive coaching, targeted peer feedback, business simulations, assessment and group sessions to solve complex business and people problems.
Most recently, Rachel became an entrepreneurial business owner, taking her 15+ years of expertise to marketing & business development consulting to make her mark on clients where they need it most.Back to Leadership Team
